Maple Creek on the Water is the next chapter of a dream our family started with the Bistro. We have always believed that our community in Roane County deserved a place where made from scratch meals and a welcoming atmosphere go hand in hand. The joy the Bistro brought to everyone was more than we ever expected, but as a family, we always found ourselves looking toward the lake.

This isn't just a second location for us. It is a family project we built from the ground up. From the very first sketches of the remodel to the long days getting the restaurant ready for guests, our family has worked side by side to bring this lakeside vision to life.

Our goal is to bring that same winning combination of great food and a welcoming spirit to the shoreline we call home. Whether you are pulling into a slip after a day on the lake or visiting us from the campground, we want you to feel the heart and hard work our family poured into this space.
